MEDI will contribute in areas of education, training and allied services by questioning the status quo through innovation & technology and providing new solutions for a transformational impact on areas of higher education and training.

MEDI will model socially, culturally, economically and environmentally sustainable practices in its operations, planning, partnerships, facility design, curriculum design and program delivery, contributing to concepts of sustainability.

MEDI believes in community engagement and working in tandem with local groups in any possible capacity. MEDI would focus on establishing sustainable networks, partnerships, communication and activities with communities at local, national, regional and international levels.

All training, skilling and allied services undertaken under MEDI will have an increased emphasis on employability. MEDI institutions will produce technically skilled and agile learners, with the ability to easily adapt to changing workforce demands and shifts in the global knowledge economy.

MEDI decisions, associations, operations, delivery and all other areas of engagement will be conceptualized and designed to provide creative solutions in the areas of education, training, skilling and allied services.
